MSc. MD. Tran Ha Phuong Tam is an expert in the field of Neonatology and Neonatal Resuscitation/Intensive Care. She has 15 years of experience in Neonatology and Neonatal Resuscitation/Intensive Care at Tu Du Hospital and the Children's Hospital of HCMC. Dr. Phuong Tam has experience participating in the resuscitation and life-saving of many severe and critical neonatal cases; performing difficult and complex procedures in the field of neonatal resuscitation/intensive care, and treating neonatal internal medical conditions, especially premature and low birth weight infants.
Additionally, Dr. Phuong Tam also serves as an instructor for classes aimed at healthcare professionals covering topics such as: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), S.T.A.B.L.E. program, Kangaroo Mother Care program, breastfeeding, emergency care for milk choking, and bathing and massage for sick newborns. At the same time, she also teaches classes for mothers on topics including: emergency care for milk choking, bathing and massage for sick newborns, newborn home care, breastfeeding, and feeding guidance for premature infants.
